The Great Pasta Experiment

Following up on yesterday's post, I'll share with you the results of today's pasta experiment. Before lunch my blood sugar was 88. A little over an hour after eating the leftover Dreamfields spaghetti it was 102. The experiment is successfully concluded. I get to eat pasta that tastes like pasta. Yay for me.
